The Ledger invoice template

Centred, serif and formal. The template for invoices that will be filed rather than glanced at.

Ledger centres your name at the top of the page under an optional logo, sets the word INVOICE in wide-tracked capitals, and rules the whole thing off with a single line. It reads like a letterhead, because that is what institutions are used to receiving.

The total is not filled. It sits under a rule, weighted rather than coloured. On a document that ends up in a compliance folder or attached to a purchase order, that restraint is the correct choice.

Open the generator, pick Ledger in the Design panel and download the PDF. No account, no watermark on screen, no limit. An account keeps the invoice for later. A subscription adds a saved brand kit, a PDF with no Billr line in the footer, and the controls to change the layout itself.
