What can I do without paying?
Everything to do with recording your work. The generator needs no account at all, and a free account keeps 5 invoices a month, your clients, your logged hours and the bills you receive. What the subscription buys is what Billr does with all that: adding your months up, chasing an invoice, repeating one on a schedule, turning your hours into a document.
What is in the 30 day trial?
Everything in Billr, for a full month, with no card and nothing to cancel. You switch it on yourself with one click the first time you meet something that is locked. Held back are only the things that cost real money to run: receipt scanning, capped at 10, and Peppol, at 5 documents. Billr Plus has no trial of its own, because its larger allowances are exactly those.
What happens to my work when the trial ends?
It stays exactly where it is. Nothing is ever deleted. Your clients, your invoices and the bills you logged stay usable within the free limits; the finance overview and the reminders are locked rather than removed, and the moment you subscribe they come straight back.
What is the invoice limit exactly?
A free account keeps 5 invoices a month. Nothing you have already made is ever deleted or hidden, the generator keeps working without any limit at all, and deleting a draft frees a slot straight away. What stops at the limit is keeping a new one in the account that month, until the first of the next.
Is the price shown the price I pay?
The amount you see is the amount you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Prices are quoted in euro or in dollars depending on where you are, and the currency is fixed when you subscribe so it never changes underneath you.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from inside the app, without e-mailing anyone. You keep everything until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops back to free. Your invoices stay readable and downloadable.
Is there an annual plan?
Not for now. Billr is month to month, so you are never committed further than the month you are in. If an annual option would suit you better, say so and it will move up the list.
